From the 200-person Vault to our President’s Room, we can accommodate a full range of events, attendees, and needs. Meeting rooms are available to the public at 1/2 day and full day rates starting at $150.

Conference Room

This third floor meeting space can be very flexible for meetings or workshops of up to 20 people. We can customize this space to boardroom style, classroom style, or row seating.

President's Room

Hold your next training session or strategic planning event in the President's Room. The large wall-mounted TV and 2 large white boards offer the creative space and flexibility to support your communication needs.

The Vault Room (Main Floor)

The Vault Room is the main floor of this historic bank building in downtown Hamilton. It can accommodate up to 150 seated guests in the main ballroom. Additional seating available in adjoining spaces. Perfect for your larger business meeting needs.
